I have seen this craft all over Pinterest, and Youtube, and I am making this for my apartment as soon as I go to college, so I look for my profit and yours, I will give you some steps to make and adjust shelves This vintage / bohemian inspired book.

So without further ado, let's get into it!

Ingredients Needed to Make

1. 8 wooden crates
2. Sander
3. Drill and screw
4. Room to install it

Materials Required to Decorate (All Optional):

1. Stain or wood paint
2. Paper box
3. Fairy lighting fixtures (for tumblr / aesthetic impacts)
4. Decorate the room you chose

Step 1: Organize Your Crates

I first adjust the position of the crates according to what you like. The way I set this up is in a complicated function. I took the first two chests (A + B) and placed them in front of me. I placed casket A horizontally by its side, with the inside of the chest passing me. I then lined up the B chest vertically against the A box, so it made an "L" shape.

I then took the following two crates (C + D) and stacked the C box on top of the A box, making sure to align it with the outside of the chest, not next to the vertical box. I then took the D chest and placed it horizontally above the B chest. The four boxes must collectively form a rectangle, with a small box indentation in the middle.

If you need to make this for credenza reasons, or small kitchen storage, then don't pile it up here. If you want a taller bookshelf, repeat the stacking procedure on the four crates that have been stacked, but are opposite.

Step 2: Sanding

This step is quite simple. Only a little sand from all edges, so you no longer get debris.

Step 3: Coloring / Painting / Styling (optional available)

I chose to skip this step because of the fact that all the wood in my room is lighter in color, but if you need it, you can color all the crates according to the color you like. But also don't forget to harmonize with the color of the room to make it look good.

Step 4: Assemble

After all your crates have dried, put them back in place (see Step 1). Take a drill and a pre-drill hole so you don't break down the wood you want to install screws into. Drill anywhere to the outside, thick wood touch - the hole corresponds to the contact factor (back and front of the bookshelf). Take your screw and screw it to the area, lock it together!

Step 5: Decorate!

Now that you have a fully assembled bookshelf, you can decorate it however you want! Put decorations like plants or any accessories that you like to beautify, stela put your collection of books well and beautiful.

For additional light, make fairy lighting through the crate bar to make an interesting declaration section for your room. Hide the battery behind one of your trinkets for easy access.

Thank you…
